Here's my new yoga mat!! I decided to go to Sports Authority over the weekend to see what their big "closing sale" looked like. Most of the stuff was only 20% off. I wasn't that impressed... I was however impressed with this super cute yoga mat! I am the emoji queen. I LOVE them! My dad, however, refers to them as their descriptions. The laughing crying emoji is the "yellow circle with blue dots". Anyway! I know you can't see it in the picture, but there's yellow writing above and below the emoji that says "be your best version". A little hidden motivational gem while I'm feeling like a boss bitch princess on my princess yoga m,at. I had planned on starting to track my progress in spin ( I found this super amazing spin room in my apartment. It's a room dedicated to only spin, with two big t.v.'s and a self-select follow along workout. You select the workout on this kiosk and it gets put up on the t.v. Amazing.), HOWEVER, my dog broke his arm playing last weekend and I'm suddenly strapped with an infant puppy. He's not allowed to walk or put any weight on his arm., so i can't leave him alone and I have to carry him everywhere (baby training much? I'm just trying to lose weight homie). Anyway. So I did some yoga moves last night (not a full routine, just some stretching and whatever move sequence I felt like). I also started a 30 day wall sit challenge and a 30 day plank challenge. I know it's not a full workout. It's just some things I'm doing in addition to other workouts. Currently trying to find some home workouts (Since I'm homebound for at least another 4 weeks while we have him in his little cast and schedule his surgery next week, plus recovery time). I'll be sure to update on the workouts I do/select. I'm thinking about putting my initial body measurements up to help track progress. Even thought I will be sooo uncomfortable. Anyway! I just wanted to share an update on my gym status and show off my cute new mat!
