I did it again guys.... I forgot to do my measurements Monday morning and did them Monday evening. I might be changing it to Sundays because Monday's are well.. Mondays. I got a little progress this week. It was pretty difficult. I've been feeling a little under the weather and I haven't been sleeping right so the last thing I want to do is workout when I get home. I've been looking at the couch to 5K workouts. After I get the all clear from my doctor next Thursday, I think I'm going to try it out. My coworker has been doing it and she's been loving it. Plus, if it turns me into a runner I'll be more than happy. Progress. Progress. Progress. I got the proofs of my wedding photo's this week and while everyone keeps telling me how great I look, it just gives me motivation to work out even more. I'm just not happy with how I look in some photos. My hair and make up and dress were Amaze-balls. I guess just the way my body looked in some pictures. So I guess I'll be doing the couch to 5K and incorporating more weight workouts. Here come the measurements...
Weight: 133.2 (okay. that went up.)
Chest: 34.5 (umm. I'm pretty sure my husband is doing my measurements wrong..)
Waist: 30
Right Arm: 9.5 (a little progress)
Left Arm: 9:75 (still uneven...)
Right Thigh: 19.5
Left Thigh: 19.1 (what?)
Hip: 36.25
Meh.
