I chose the above picture, because this is a mantra that I literally repeat over and over when I weigh myself. Progress not perfection. WELL. This week was a little disappointing. Again, I forgot to weight myself and complete measurements until after I had already eaten and was getting ready for bed. Not to mention the fact that I have been feeling SHIT-TAY this week, so it's already off to a fun start. I know I have a lot of progress to make. Needless to say, I was pretty upset after my measurements. My husband tried to make me feel better. I'm not sure if he should be doing my measurements, since I got three different measurements three times trying, BUT. We're going to work with it. It's definitely giving me motivation (once I stop feeling so shitty) to really make some progress. Without further ado.....
Weight: 132.1 (UGH)
Chest: 36 (huh..)
Waist: 31 (weird..)
Right Arm: 9.6 (getting fatter)
Left Arm: 10.25 (wtf...)
Right Thigh: 20.00 (thunder thighs)
Left Thigh: 19.5 (so now my thighs are uneven)
Hip: 37.5 (A SOLID INCH)
I know. I know. A lot of progress needed....
