I found the hardest part of getting in shape has been cleaning up my diet. I'm currently using herbalife shakes twice a day (vanilla for breakfast and cookies 'n cream for lunch) along with their 'total control' twice a day. I'm currently experimenting a little, so I might try another appetite suppressor with the shakes to see if that makes any difference. Herbalife is definitely the best protein shakes I've had so far. The previous shakes I was trying always tasted like ass with water. I actually prefer herbalife's shakes with water instead of milk. The other shakes I was using also gave me THE worst migraines afterwards. In the mornings, just to change it up, I usually use the vanilla with water and frozen fruit. For lunch, the cookies 'n cream tastes SOO good just with water. I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes and how well it fills me up. It's the perfect meal replacement. In addition to the meal replacement shakes (I think they're called Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix), I also add in 1 scoop of the protein drink mix. The serving size says two scoops, but one is plenty for women especially since I'm adding it to the meal replacement shakes. I can definitely tell a difference with them as far as being full and not wanting to snack as much. My husband is actually debating on trying the shakes too because he's really seen a difference in my body since starting the shakes. I can't wait to see the progression of my body changing from cleaning up my diet better and upping my protein intake. I'm curious how the other flavors taste. I want to try the chocolate ones, but I don't want it to taste like the fake chalky chocolate. Another thing I love with the herbalife shakes, it doesn't have that gross chalky texture/taste. It's by far the best I've tried so far!
