I'm just going to preface this with the holiday weekend got the best of me. Monday's are my measurement days. "Measurement Monday". I woke up yesterday fully intending to do my measurements in the morning to get the best measurements, lets just say that didn't happen. I woke up and remembered to do my measurements, but got distracted by my husband and I's pool day we had and I just wanted to eat something quick and get to the pool. When we got back from the pool, I showered, then we had to go to the store for dinner. Then I made dinner, got sucked into T.V. and next thing I know I'm completing measurements after eating seafood risotto (First time making it, and I must say I did a damn good job!) and rocky road ice cream (It would be rude not to use our ice cream maker we got from the wedding). So my weight for this week is obviously a little higher after eating four pounds of food right before, however I was pleasantly surprised at the measurement progress. It definitely motivates me to continue working out every night. It gave me the little kick in the ass I needed to show me what I'm doing IS making progress. Well. Without further ado.. Here are week two's measurements.
Weight: 133.8 (Risotto and Ice Cream. So smart)
Chest: 36.5 (Still busty)
Waist: 31 (No shock there)
Right Arm: 9.5 (Woo! Progress)
Left Arm: 10 (Progress! I wish my arms would get on the same page!)
Right Thigh: 19.5 (All those wall sits are paying off!)
Left Thigh: 19.5 (Even Steven)
Hip: 36.5 (Progress!!)
